LGM is affiliated with the only privately owned custom ignition wire extruder in the United States. Our extruder is a member of both the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) and the Tune-Up Manufacturers Council (TMC) and operates to ISO-9000 standards.  

Housing three (3) wire extruders in 44,000 square feet of manufacturing space, 150 million feet of bulk ignition cable can be produced per year in constructions from 3 mm to 11 mm.   These constructions can either be single, double, or triple extruded to your specifications.

Depending upon your requirements, the extruded ignition cable may include either reinforcing tape or woven braiding over the first or second extrusion. Various extrusion compounds, such as EPDM, EPS, EVA, and Silicone, can be incorporated into your products.   Virtually all colors and custom print legends are available.
